Delete my data
1.In-app deletion (recommended)
If you still have EarnTime installed on your phone, the fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is from inside the app:
- Open EarnTime.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon, bottom right).
- Scroll to the Privacy section.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Type
DELETEin the confirmation field. - Tap Delete.
The wipe runs server-side immediately and signs you out. Reopening the app afterwards will land you back at the welcome screen as if you'd never installed it.
2.Web request (if you can't access the app)
If you've already uninstalled EarnTime or can't sign in, email us at app.earntime@gmail.com with subject line "Delete my data".
Include in the body:
- The Google account email you used to sign in to EarnTime, OR
- The Firebase user ID if you signed in anonymously (visible in Settings → Privacy → Account info before deletion).
We process requests within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data is wiped. The deletion is identical to the in-app path — same backend, same scope.
3.What gets deleted

After deletion, there is no way for us to recover your account or any of the data. This is irreversible by design.
4.Cancel an active subscription first
If you have an active EarnTime Premium subscription and want to stop billing, cancel it before requesting data deletion:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right) → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap EarnTime Premium → Cancel subscription.
Or do it from any browser at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
